Husband Pieter Managed to Start Pump During Rotary Wheel Plaza Dedication

 In the June 13, 2014 bulletin Pieter's action is being captured.

Pieter proudly told me that they didn't know how to start/operate this type of hand pump and that he did it.

Sure, with Pieter's education of horticultural engineering and his exceptional technical knack—he DID!
